...Rameda Enterprises Inc. was founded in Los Angeles as an international business venture focused on the import and export of goods between Asia and North America. Through the company’s first years, many products, from zippers to uniforms, were distributed, but the largest component of the incorporation’s business was the importation and wholesale of quality Chinese herbs to the United States.
In 1992,
...our group acquired Var On Ginseng Inc. in a commitment to vertically expand our business in the retail sector on top of our import, export, and wholesale operations. We established our first PCT Ginseng & Herbs (百昌堂) in the city of Alhambra, California selling the highest quality ginseng, Chinese herbs, and health products. Since then, PCT Ginseng & Herbs has opened locations throughout California in Milpitas, San Jose, Rowland Heights, Westminster, Monterey Park, Arcadia, and our flagship store in Downtown Los Angeles’ Chinatown.
